~ The Sky Is My Beloved ~

The Sky is my Beloved
And I am the paint upon his canvas
His brushstrokes birth me as clouds
That dance across the pure infinite blue
Of his never-ending being

In his vastness, I am free
My etheric body moves tenderly
In subtle wisps and billowing plumes
I play a visual symphony
For my Beloved

And in his formlessness
And my ever-changing form
We merge

Some days I fill the entirety of his presence
With my passionate display
Hue upon harmonic hue of colour
Melting the hearts of photographers
Other days I am no-thing
Deciding not to manifest at all

Residing in the eternal ebb
Of the perpetual flow
Of the energy of creation
I change form to appear as
The kiss of gentle rain
The morning dew
The waterfall
The river
The ocean
I am all of these, yet my essence
Is cradled in the embrace of eternity

He smiles at me, like an old sage
When I play my colourful games
Emblazoned across his omnipresent expanse
He holds me, weightless, in his embrace

Darkness does not part us
For we are present still
Lamenting upon the great longing
The day has for the night
As the sun cannot meet the moon
Each is intricately bound
Intertwined within their orbiting cycles
Of such splendour and beauty
Yet her cool silver cannot dance
In the golden warmth of his rays
Oh, the agony of lovers

My Beloved watches in quiet observation
My tears that fall to join the ever moving wave of the ocean
He weaves his presence around mine
And the momentary pain of my form is engulfed by his formlessness

He invites me to flow through him uncontained
Infinity beckons and I awaken to behold
That no longer am I his Beloved clouds
Eternal space is realized in my moment of surrender
Existing as no-thing we are the unity of all life
The great expanse of Everything are we
And the cosmic song sings, We are One
We are One Beloved

"The Golden Thread" is a collection of practical and metaphysical wisdoms borne from an innate desire to assist in elevating the consciousness of humanity.
